This System Program Service Utility updates the BIOS (system program including the Embedded Controller (EC) program) stored in the system to fix problems, add new functions, or expand functions as noted below.
This release supports the following systems:
- ThinkPad T60, T60p
If you have a ThinkPad T60 Wide screen model, you will need to download the
T60 Wide screen version of the BIOS.
Notes:This package is compiled into an ISO format, which is compatible with CD writing software such as RecordNow!(*), and writable to a CD-R or a CD-RW disc.
If your RecordNow! CD writing program does not have a "Burn Image" entry, please upgrade
RecordNow!- Some 15in XGA (1024x768) LCD panels may not display correctly with BIOS version 1.06 or earlier, in this case you should upgrade to version 1.07 or higher.
