This package updates the Master Boot Record of your hard drive when your system cannot boot into Windows after installing or upgrading Rescue and Recovery.
Installing or upgrading the Rescue and Recovery application will update the master boot record (MBR). On the next boot, the SafeGuard Easy application might report that the MBR has changed and prompt the user to either allow the change or to undo the change. Users should allow the change. If these changes are not applied, the computer might not be able to successfully boot into Windows.
